Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a gear belt and the leading gear wheel of the crankshaft (see subsection 3.1.1.6).
2. Determine epiploon press fitting depth, then get an epiploon from the case of the oil pump, having hooked it a screw-driver or other tool. At extraction of an epiploon do not damage an opening under an epiploon or a surface of a neck of the crankshaft (at damage of the crankshaft the new epiploon will leak).
3. The epiploon which was in the use can be taken also in more reliable way for what make an incision a sharp knife a working edge of an epiploon in the specified place.
4. Clear an opening under an epiploon in the case of the oil pump and slightly oil an external surface of a new epiploon for the engine or universal greasing. Grease working edges of an epiploon with greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide.

5. Carefully press a new epiploon into place by means of a mandrel with a diameter a little smaller than diameter of an epiploon, and the internal directing mandrel, or big face head.
6. Be convinced that the epiploon evenly came into an opening on the same depth on which it was established before dismantling. In the absence of a mandrel it is possible to use a piece of a pipe of big diameter. After installation be convinced that the provision of a spring of an epiploon is not violated.
7. Establish a gear wheel of the crankshaft and a gear belt (see subsection 3.1.1.6).
8. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak of a forward epiploon.
