GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjusting mechanism of a rope of a butterfly valve

1. Rubber cover

2. Adjusting nut

3. Rope braid

4. Limiter

Check and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air pipeline between the air filter and a butterfly valve (see subsection 5.9).
2. Ask the assistant to squeeze out completely a pedal of an accelerator and to hold it in such situation until you measure distance between the end of a cover and the limiter on a rope.
3. If distance such as it is specified in drawing the Adjusting mechanism of a rope of a butterfly valve, so the rope is adjusted correctly. If is not present, adjust a rope as follows.
4. Ask the assistant to hold a pedal of an accelerator squeezed out to a floor, and turn off adjusting nuts and adjust the provision of a casing so that its end was at such distance from the rope limiter as it is specified in drawing the Adjusting mechanism of a rope of a butterfly valve.
5. Reliably tighten adjusting nuts, then again check distance between the end of a casing and the limiter. Check that the butterfly valve opened completely if to squeeze out an accelerator pedal.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off nuts of fastening of a rope and remove a rope from an arm on the case of a butterfly valve.
2. Disconnect a rope from the connecting mechanism of a butterfly valve.
3. Remove a rope from an arm on a transmission.
4. Walk along a rope to a transmission, to that place where it enters a transmission slightly further of the switch blocking inclusion of a starter by the included transfer. Turn off a fixing bolt.
5. Remove the oil pallet (see subsection 3.1.1.12), merge transmission liquid and remove the filter (see subsection 5.9).
6. Turn off two bolts of fastening of an arm, remove it (drawing at the left) and accurately get both ends of oil tubes – try not to bend or press tubes (drawing on the right).
7. On a transmission of the A240L model disconnect sockets of connection of solenoids.
8. Remove the fixing spring.
9. Remove the mechanical valve on an A132L model transmission (drawing at the left), then, on all models, get the block of valves (drawing on the right). On an A132L model transmission the block of valves fastens 14 bolts, and on an A240L model transmission – 12 bolts. Note various length of bolts and a place of their installation.
10. Disconnect a cap on the lower end of a rope of a butterfly valve from a cam from above of the block of valves.
11. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Do not forget to twirl bolts of fastening of the block of valves, the mechanical valve and the fixing springs till the demanded inhaling moment, it is specified in subsection 7.2.1. Twirl bolts of fastening of the oil pallet till the demanded moment of an inhaling specified in the corresponding chapter. Fill a transmission to liquid of the demanded type demanded level.
