1.5.32. Light indexes and the warning signals
At inclusion of the following light indexes or a sound signal arrive as follows:
Light index of malfunction of brakes Reminds of need to release the emergency brake. Be convinced that the car is completely removed from the emergency brake. After removal the index dies away. Low level of liquid in a nutritious tank of brakes or low depression (on cars with the diesel). If the index lights up and does not die away at the movement, reduce speed and smoothly stop on a roadside. Sharply do not brake. Fire of a lamp testifies to malfunction of brakes. Check liquid level in a nutritious tank which is visible through a transparent wall. Be convinced that the car is completely removed from the emergency brake. If the level of brake fluid fell: Check work of brakes in a safe place. If brakes work regularly so far, that, carefully conducting the car, reach the nearest service of car service or car repair shop. If brakes are faulty, tow off the car in repair (the order of towage is described in subsection 1.6.8). Prevention If the level of brake fluid in norm: CARS WITH THE PETROL ENGINE Check a condition of system of the alarm system, having addressed to service of car service. CARS WITH THE DIESEL ENGINE Check a condition of system of the alarm system and vacuum amplifier of brakes, having addressed to service of car service. The car at such malfunctions needs towage (see subsection 1.6.8). Inclusion of this index testifies that the battery is discharged. The control lamp of emergency pressure of oil can light up and die away during the operation of the engine idling or light up at sharp braking by the engine. If the lamp dies away by weak pressing a pedal of a butterfly valve, to worry there is nothing. The lamp of emergency pressure of oil can light up at too low level of oil in the engine. The control lamp of refusal of system of electric equipment burns If this lamp lit up during the movement, as soon as possible address to service of car service of the dealer or on the nearest car repair shop for check or repair. The control lamp of a reserve of fuel burns The lamp lights up at almost empty tank. Fill a tank as soon as possible. The control lamp of ABS burns Fire of this lamp indicates malfunction in system of anti-blocking of brakes. At simultaneous existence of any of two states provided below illumination of the light index of an emergency condition of an additional security system that testifies to malfunction of the touch device of the inflatable device of a pillow, break in a chain and to other malfunctions lights up. At turn of the ignition key in situation ASS or On the index does not light up or, on the contrary, continues to shine constantly. The index lights up during the movement. The control lamp of the filter of fuel system burns (for cars with the diesel engine) It indicates a congestion in the filter of the excess of the condensed moisture which reached the set level. At fire of a lamp of the filter immediately merge water. Prevention Sound signal The sound signal will work if the door from the driver is open, the ignition key will turn in the situation LOCK and headlights are included. If to get a key from the lock, the signal will not disappear until headlights are included. Verification of the indexes reminding of need of service (except for a control lamp of a reserve of fuel)
