1. Lift the car and establish on supports, then remove transmission (check point), being guided by the description in subsection 7.1.5 and subsection 7.2.8.
2. On the cars equipped with a manual transmission remove the coupling mechanism in collecting (see subsection 8.2.1).
3. Put with paint or nakernit tags (are specified by shooters) mutual orientation of a flywheel and the crankshaft to provide the correct installation of a flywheel at assembly.
4. Turn off bolts of fastening of a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer) to the crankshaft. Having rested a screw-driver against a gear wreath, record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.
5. Remove a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer) from the crankshaft. A flywheel quite heavy detail therefore, at a reversing of the last bolt hold a flywheel.

6. On some cars equipped with automatic transmission on both parties of the leading disk remote washers are established. Pay attention to the provision of an adjusting pin (it is specified by an arrow). Store washers together with a disk.


Work in gloves not to wound a hand about sharp teeths of a flywheel.


1. Clear a flywheel, remove the greasing remains. Check existence for surfaces of traces of deep development, furrows from rivets, traces of burning out and scratches. Insignificant damages can be liquidated cleaning by a skin. Check integrity of teeths of a wreath. Put a flywheel on a flat surface and check deformation of the plane by means of caliber.
2. Clear and check a condition of the plane of the socket of a flywheel and the crankshaft. If it is revealed that the back epiploon of the crankshaft leaks before establishing a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer) replace an epiploon (see subsection
3. Establish a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer) on the crankshaft. Combine the tags put at removal of a flywheel. Keep in mind that the part of cars on a flywheel has adjusting pins or openings under the adjusting bolts located out of a contour on which the main bolts of fastening settle down. Before a wraparound of bolts grease carvings with the fixing structure.
4. Record a flywheel a screw-driver for a gear wreath and tighten fastening bolts with the set moment. Tighten opposite bolts. Execute a final inhaling for three-four stages.
5. Other operations on assembly are carried out upside-down.
